Karlie Girouard is a native Rhode Islander and founder of It's Right.

I have a natural talent for pairing people with their ideal mates. I don't wave around an over-hyped degree. I do not believe in quick fixes. I understand people and that it takes time to meet the right person. I recognize their hopes, dreams, struggles in love and life, and I guide them to make connections that are truly breathtaking, comfortable and above all, real.

Why I started It's Right

I have a talent for reading people, getting to know who they really are. I’m a community person. I love to meet new people wherever I go, some people who know me say to me "do you have to talk to everyone?" I don’t, but I really enjoy it. I know what the dating scene can be like and what a challenge it is. I know many people, like you, who have tried various ways to meet new people, and have turned to online dating sites, but they don’t seem to do any kind of weeding and there isn't any personal service. The speed dating and singles events never seem to work out either.

I realized this type of service lacks in Rhode Island. I want to fill this need singles have in Rhode Island. I researched what it takes to make real matches. I read book after book, study after study and conducted studies of my own. I have a simple formula that combines my natural talent and scientific research to match singles in the Rhode Island area.
